2 bedrooms with 3 beds( a queen and a bunk bed) and a queen sofa bed(comfortly for 6 ppl)

1 full washroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Has BBQ ( gas included).firepit. A few steps way from Funplex.  Must be 25 years old to rent. No parties. Golf cart is available.  $500 refundable security deposit. $150 cleaning fee will be charged from security deposit if the cottage does not leave in a same condition as it was when you arrived. All garbage bags have to be removed. Returned cottage clean/no damage.

$80 cleaning fee. Sherkston charge $10 per person age above 6 as park fee.
